2 pkg. Spring Mix Salad Greens
Bagel chips (1 box of Pepperidge Farms plain bagel chips and break them up)
1 small container crumbled Feta Cheese
1 Granny Smith apple, chopped

Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 T. poppy seeds
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped onion
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dressing ingredients together well and refrigerate until ready to serve salad. Salad ingredients may be layered in any order or mixed randomly. Optional salad toppings: Fresh raspberries or dried cherries.
