1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
Jane's Crazy Salt
2 slices bread, cubed
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

vegetarian version: substitute 1 pkg. frozen broccoli for the sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Put in greased oblong casserole. Top with bread cubes. Mix eggs, milk, and salt. Beat well. Pour over sausage and bread. Refrigerate overnight. Top with cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350º. Serves 4-6.
