1 can (15 oz.) Rico's aged Cheddar cheese
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom (or chicken) soup
1 can (10 oz.) Ro-tel tomatoes & green chiles
1 (15 oz.) can Ranch brand Texas style beans, partially drained
12 corn tortillas
1 1/2 lb. ground beef (or chicken)
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with salt & chili powder; drain any excess grease. Place 6 tortillas in an oiled 9"x13" dish. Top with meat. Pour beans over top, then cheese & remaining tortillas. Combine undiluted soup & Ro-tel (add amt. of Ro-tel needed to get the heat you desire). Pour over tortillas. Cover pan with foil & bake at 325º for 1 hour.
