Equal Parts Feta Cheese and
Roasted Red Peppers (jarred work great, just drain)
Oregano
Coarse Salt
Pepper
Flour Tortillas
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Blend roasted red peppers and feta cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Lay tortillas out on cookie sheet and brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Broil until just before crisp - they burn quickly.
Use pizza cutter to slice into dipping size pieces.
Enjoy.

Very easy, quick appetizer. We've made with goat cheese as well, but the feta is a little better.
