1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. thyme or sage
Filling:
1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup red pepper
2 tbsp. butter
2 cups cooked chicken cubed
1 1/4 cup cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup (4oz can) mushroom slices




Directions:
Directions:
Mix filling ingredient together and set aside.
In bowl combine butter, sour cream, egg and mix until smooth add flour salt, baking powder, thyme. blend until combined. In ungreased 9 in pan spread batter evenly over bottom and up sides to within 1 in of top. Spoon filling into crust. Top with cheese. Bake at 400º for 25 to 30 min until crust is brown
