1lb. bacon; cut in pieces
1lb. fettucini; al dente
4 tbsp. butter; slivered
3 c. heavy cream
1 c. Parmesan cheese; shredded
4 egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon in pieces and fry. Empty all but 3 tbsp. grease. Add cooked fettucini and butter slivers to skillet. Toss. Add 2 1/3 c. cream and toss. Add cheese and stir. Beat egg yolks and remaining cream and pour in. Toss until hot and bubbly and serve immediately.
