1 c. chopped pecans
1 sm can coconut
1 stick margarine, melted
1 Ready made graham cracker crumb pie shells
1 jar caramel topping
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine nuts, coconut and margarine. Spread on a shallow pan and bake @ 200º for 1 hr. Divide into 4 parts. Put 1/4 of nut mixture in bottom of each pie crust. Drizzle each pie with 1/4 of the caramel topping. Beat cream cheese until soft. Add milk and beat until well blended. Fold in Cool Whip. Top each pie with remaining nut mixture and drizzle with remaining caramel. Freeze. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving.

Can use Pillsbury Pie crust, cook and let cool before making the pie. You can also use the little individual graham cracker crusts. The recipe will fill 24 individual pies.
