8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of garlic powder
dash of onion powder
dash of salt
1 can smoked oysters, drained and chopped
dried green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise; blend well. Stir in the next 4 ingredients. Spread 1/4" thick on wax paper. Chill at least 30 minutes. Spread oysters on cream cheese mixture, and roll up like a jelly roll. Roll log in dried green onions. Chill overnight. Cut in 1/2" slices and serve with crackers.

Note: Crushed pecans may be substituted for dried green onions.

Yields: About 2 dozen slices
