1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. confectioner’s sugar
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
3/4 c. semi sweet chocolate chips mini morsels
Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir continuously until the brown sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and set aside to cool. Beat the cream cheese and confectioner’s sugar for one minute. Slowly beat in the cooled butter mixture and beat for another minute. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into a serving bowl and refrigerate. Serve with graham crackers or Nilla wafers.
