1-8 oz package manicotti
1-15oz container ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 egg
1 T. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 cups spaghetti sauce

Prepare pasta as directed, drain Rinse with cold water, drain. Arrange in single layer to fill. Mix ricotta, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley and spices. Spoon into shells using at least a 1/3 cup per shell. Place filled shells in a greased baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses; bake at 350º for 35 minutes or till hot.
