1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 Tsp. lemon juice
1 pt. (2 c.) sour cream (fatfree is okay)
GARNISH: (opt.) whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Thaw berries, if using frozen. Slice strawberries, then sweeten with sugar. Allow to stand until sugar dissolves. Mix in lemon juice & sour cream. Pour into an ice cube tray (without dividers) or a loaf pan. Do not stir. Freeze until firm. To serve, cut into squares & top with whipped cream.

My grandmother's recipe. May substitute Greek yogurt for the sour cream to make it healthier.
