1/4 c. butter
2 c. cooked popcorn shrimp
1 c. fresh crabmeat
2 scallions, minced
1/4 c. dry vermouth (may substitute clam juice, but I prefer vermouth)
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute shrimp, crabmeat, & scallions in butter over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Stir in vermouth, salt, & pepper. Bring to a boil & cook 7 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed.
