3 Tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar
2 Tbsp finely grated peeled fresh ginger
2 Tbsp peanut oil
2 Tbsp Asian sesame oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 serrano chili, seeded and minced
Freshly ground white pepper
1.5 lbs tuna steaks 9ahi tuna)
nonstick vegetable spray
1 large red bell pepper, cut into one inch squares
additional chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:

Whish first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl to blend; season to taste with ground white pepper. Transfer 3 Tbsp marinade to a small bowl and reserve. Add tuna to remaining marinade in medium bowl and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 3o minutes and up to 45 minutes. Spray grill rack with nonstick spray. Prepare barbecue (medium high heat). Grill to desired doneness. Two minutes per side for rare. Transfer to platter. Drizzle reserved marinade over; sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
