1 lb ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
salt
pepper
sauce:
1 large can tomato juice
one 15 ounce can tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3-5 cloves garlic
1.5 Tbsp Italian Seasoning

2 Tbsp garlic salt
2 Tbsp Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the meatball ingredients, make meatballs, brown in olive oil. Drain 1/2 the grease. Leave meatballs in pan. Add 1 large can of tomato juice, one 15 ounce can of tomato sauce, and salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian Seasoning. Boil for at least 45 minutes. Let sauce simmer for at least 30 more minutes!
