1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1 can crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup brown sugar

Icing -- 1/2 cup Milnot milk (in can)
1 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugars, flour, soda, salt, beaten eggs, pineapple. Pour into greased and floured pan. Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 cup chopped nuts. Bake 350 for 40-45 minutes.
Icing directions --- Boil until thick then pour over the hot cake.

Mom always loved this cake, even though she was not suppose to have it! When I would take her to the store, she would say I have a craving for Granny Cake, oh I have such a craving! Linda
This recipe is one of Mom's favorites. She wrote out the recipe on a card for me and it is all over the place. She has ingredients written every which way. Probably just sat down and thought about it. Mary Jo
