Note: Cooked shrimp, Canadian bacon, crab, or sausage can be substituted for the ham.
12 slices bread (crusts removed)
2-3 cups chopped ham
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
8 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
6 eggs
3 cups milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Topping:
3 cups crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup melted margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9x13" pan. Layer: 1/2 bread, 1/2 ham, 1/2 cheddar cheese, 1/2 Swiss cheese and then repeat. Combine eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard. Pour over layered mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking mix the topping: cornflakes and melted margarine. Spread over top. Bake at 375º for 50 to 60 minutes. Should set for 10 minutes before cutting.
