Layer the following in a 9 x 13 x 2 pan:
lettuce, cut into small pieces
chopped green pepper
chopped onion
chopped celery
sprinkle bacon bits on top
1 package of frozen peas in middle of salad
6 tbsp of mayo dabbed on top in several places

Directions:
Directions:
Cover securely and put in the refrigerator over night or all day. Before serving, uncover, mix with spoon thoroughly. If desired, add pieces of cheese cubes or shredded cheese. Any cheese will do - blue cheese, sharp, swiss, etc. Serve chilled.
