1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
14 oz. cream corn
14 oz. whole kernel corn
8 oz. corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and pour into bowl. Beat eggs and add to butter. Beat in sour cream, both cans of corn, and muffin mix. Mix thoroughly. Put in greased casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350º.

I have experimented and added chopped onion, red peppers, and parboiled broccoli.
