1 lb. round steak, 3/4-inch pieces
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 6-oz. can mushrooms (fresh better)
1 cup sour cream
1 can tomato soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dip meat in flour, brown in hot oil over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over meat. Simmer until tender, about 1 hour. Serve over rice or noodles.
