1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

3/4 c. vegetable oil
Glaze
1 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. margarine melted
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except oil and milk. Set aside 1/2 c. of crumbly mixture. Add liquid to remaining dry ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13" pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. crumbly mixture. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 30-35 minutes.
Mix together powdered sugar and melted margarine. Add just enough milk so glaze is thin enough to drizzle.
Drizzle glaze over cake. Cool cake before cutting.
This is great with coffee for breakfast or as a dessert .
