Ingredients:

Salad:
1/2 romaine, 1/2 spring greens (total one bag or head)
1 cup craisins (or to taste)
1/2 cup pine nuts (or to taste)
1 cup feta (ditto)

Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar (or red wine vinegar for a lighter taste)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
For the dressing, I usually put it in a seal tight Tupperware container and shake for a minute before putting it on the salad. Serve and enjoy!
