2 boiler fryer chickens, cut into parts with bones (or about 7lbs thighs and legs)
4 T. butter, melted
1 cup honey
1/2 cup mustard
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash and dry chicken. Remove skin if you wish (if you leave on the skin, omit butter).
2. Combine remaining ingredients in foil lined 9x13 pan, mixing thoroughly, then add the chicken. Flip around till well coated, ending meaty side down.
3. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes. Flip meaty sides up and finish baking, 20-30 minutes.
4. You may serve as is or strain sauce into a small pan and boil down to thicken. Serve with buttered Jasmine rice and sautéed vegetables.
