Ingredients:  
3 sticks butter
8 oz cream cheese
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. all purpose flour
pinch of salt
3 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cheese. Add sugar and cream well. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Stir in flour and salt. Add vanilla. Bake in 10" tube or bundt pan. Start in cold oven, and bake @ 300º for 2 hours.

Alternate Version 1:
1 C butter, 8 oz cream cheese, 2 3/4 C sugar, 6 eggs, 3 C cake flour, 2 tsp. vanilla

Alternate Version 2:
2 sticks margarine, 1 stick butter, 8 oz cream cheese, 3 C sugar, 6 lg eggs,
3 C flour, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 tsp. almond extract
