2 cups sifted cake flour
3 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
3 egg yolk beaten
1 1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons melted butter
3 egg whites beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Sift first four ingredients again: cake flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Combine the beaten yolks, milk, and melted butter and then add to the flour mixture. Finally, fold the beaten egg whites into everything.
