24 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. white wine
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 lb imitation crab meat, finely chopped
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. fresh parsley, finely chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Place cream cheese, mayonnaise, wine, mustard, white pepper, garlic and onion in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until cream cheese is soft and easy to incorporate. Blend well. Add crab and heat through. Place in a serving dish and garnish with almonds and parsley. Serve on crackers.
