1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. all purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Grease bottom only of muffin cups. Beat egg in lg bowl. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Add flour, baking powder, salt and 1/3 c. sugar. Stir only until moistened. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Mix sugar with cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle over batter. Bake @ 400º for 20-25 minutes.

Yield: 12 muffins
