1 beef roast
2 Au jus seasoning packets
1 fajita seasoning packet

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in crockpot and cover completely with water. Add all 3 seasoning packets and mix into the water. Cook on low all day or until meat very easily pulls apart. Serve meat on a hoagie bun with mayo, horseradish, or whatever you like and then dunk in the Au Jus. We like to have this meal with artichokes as a side.
