3 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 cp oil
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Rub wooden salad bowl with one garlic clove, mince remaining and add to bowl. Add salt, pepper, dry mustard and paprika. Blend with fork. Beat in oil with fork; add salad greens and toss till leaves are covered. Sprinkle with vinegar and lemon juice. Toss again. Serve immediately.
