Ingredients: 1 BOX PILLSBURY SUGAR FREE DEVIL'S FOOD CAKE MIX 1 CAN PILLSBURY SUGAR FREE CHOCOLATE ICING 1 8 OZ PACKAGE FAT FREE CREAM CHEESE(ROOM TEMPERATURE) 1/2 TO 1 CUP SPLENDA ( DEPENDING ON TASTE) 1 TUB SUGAR FREE COOL WHIP 1- 6 OZ PACKAGE FROZEN COCONUT

Directions:BAKE CAKE ACCORDING TO PACKAGE IN 3- 8" ROUND PANS. REMOVE FROM PANS AND LET COOL
FILLING:
WHILE CAKES LAYERS ARE COOLING, MIX CREAM CHEESE AND SPLENDA UNTIL BLENDED. ADD COCONUT AND BLEND ADD COOL WHIP AND BLEND LIGHTLY
STARTING WITH A CHOCOLATE LAYER ON THE BOTTOM. SPREAD 1/3 OF THE FILLING MIXTURE ON THE TOP OF THE LAYER ONLY. ALTERNATE ENDING WITH THE CREAM CHEESE FILLING.
OPEN THE CAN OF CHOCOLATE ICING, SPREAD ON THE OUT SIDE OF THE LAYERS ONLY, LEAVING APPROXIMATE 1/2 CUP OF ICING IN THE CAN. MICROWAVE THE BALANCE UNTIL LIQUID ( APPROXIMATELY 30 TO 45 SECONDS. DRIZZLE THIS OVER THE TOP LAYER OF FILLING AND LET IT DRIZZLE DOWN THE SIDE. IT WILL HARDEN AS IT RUNS DOWN.
MAKES A VERY PRETTY CAKE AND A VERY TALL CAKE.
