1 1/2 c. sliced okra
3 Tbsp buttermilk
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
2 Tbsp corn meal
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 tsp seasoning blend
2-3 c. canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl. Buttermilk should be placed in a shallow bowl. Dredge okra through buttermilk; drop in dry mixture, tossing gently. Drop in preheated oil (medium heat) and cook 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
