1 gal sliced dill pickles, drained
2 onions, sliced
6 cloves garlic
4 Tbsp Tabasco
2 tsp crushed red pepper
9 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Start by adding layers of pickles, sugar, onions, peppers, Tabasco and garlic back into the jar. Roll the jar on the counter until the sugar melts then add another layer. Repeat until all is back in the jar. Roll all day every hour until all the sugar melts. Leave out the first day. Refrigerate the second day.

These will keep for several months. Can be eaten the first day.
