4-5 lbs. chicken wings
1 - 10 ounce bottle of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Sprinkle of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Disjoint chicken wings with a steak knife and throw tips away. Marinate wings for 1-2 hours or overnight until light brown-turning over occassionaly. Place on a sprayed cookie sheet. Throw marinade away. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours on a cookie sheet at 275º. Drain fat off and turn wings at half time.

Can be frozen. Defrost and reheat at 275 degree. Higher temperature can burn soy sauce and give a bad flavor! Roast wings until a little bit dry.
