17 oz. can creamed corn
16 oz. can whole kernel corn
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onion
8 oz. corn muffin mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn, sour cream, onion, muffin mix, eggs, butter, and salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well. Stir in cheddar cheese. Spread the corn mixture in a greased 9 x 13 in pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until golden brown.
