1 c. crab
1 8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. dried minced onion, or chopped green onion
1 tsp. horseradish
salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients into an oven proof pie plate and bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or bread.
