1 can cream of mushroom soup
2- 3oz. packages of cream cheese
1/4 c chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 package Knox unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. boiling water
1 can of crab
1 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Put soup and cream cheese in a saucepan, heating until smooth. Add the onions and celery and cool.
Stir 1 package of gelatin into 1/4 cp of boiling water and add to above mixture-cool. Add the crab and mayo, and pour into a mold and refrigerate. (Spray the mold with a light coat of cooking spray). Remove from refrigerator and unmold on to a plate. Serve with crackers.
