1 3oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. water
4 c. loose pack frozen hash brown
1 8oz. can of small white onions
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put cream cheese, soup and water in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Cut up the onions and add to the saucepan, then add the hash browns, stir until well mixed. Put in a casserole dish and bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 min. Take out and put grated cheese on top and bake 5 minutes more or until brown on top.
