Meatballs:
1 pound lean ground beef
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 c crushed cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp instant minced onions
2 Tbsp sweet pepper flakes
6 drops of Tabasco
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Dash of salt

Sauce for Meatballs:
3/4 c catsup
1/2 c water
1/4 c vinegar
1/3 c packed brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp minced dried onion
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp worchester sauce
4 drops of Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the meat mixture together until blended and shape into 1 inch balls. In a single layer, place balls on a jelly roll pan, and bake at 325º for 30 minutes. Place meatballs into a crock pot and top with the sauce. Simmer and serve.
