1 box of yellow cake mix
1 3oz package instant pistachio pudding mix
4 eggs
1/4 c oil
1 c sour cream
2 Tbsp cold water
1 c chopped nuts

Topping:
1/4 c sugar and 1 Tbsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients together with a spoon until blended.
Grease bottoms of 2 loaf pans then sprinkle some of the topping mixture in the bottom. Divide the cake mixture into the loaf pans and top with the remaining sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350º for 45-55 minutes.
