2 lb ground turkey or beef
1 onion, chopped
2 1/2 pkgs ranch style dressing mix
2 pkgs taco seasoning mix
16 oz can black beans, undrained
16 oz can kidney beans, undrained
16 oz can pinto beans, undrained
16 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
16 oz can tomato wedges, undrained
2 cans white shoe peg corn, undrained
2 c. water
sour cream
cheddar cheese, shredded
green onions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat and onion together until meat is browned. Stir ranch dressing mix and taco mix into meat. Add remaining ingredients with juices from all up to water. Simmer 2 hours (if mixture is too thick, add additional water). Garnish with sour cream, cheese, and onions. Serve with tortilla chips.
