1 cup vanilla flavored low-fat yogurt (or your favorite flavor)
1/4 cup low-fat granola (or favorite cereal)
1/4 cup of your choice of berries

Alternate ingredients in a parfait glass beginning with 1/2 of the yogurt, followed by berries or fruit, and then granola or cereal. Insert spoon ..... Enjoy!
