2 pkgs (10 oz) ea frozen yellow corn
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 pinch white pepper
6 tsp. sugar

Roux:
2-3 T. butter, melted
2T. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 4 ingredients to a low boil in a saucepan. Make roux and add to bubbling corn. Cook for 5 more minutes stirring constantly.
