Ingredients:  
6-8 potatoes; salt, pepper, chives or parsley, dried onions, cheese, etc.; 1/2 to 1 pt. whipping cream; paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with jackets. Chill. Peel potatoes and grate. Place a handful of potatoes in buttered casserole and sprinkle with seasonings. Add additional handfuls with seasonings til potatoes fell casserole. When ready to cook-- Pour 1/2-1 pt. whipping cream over grated potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes (may be cooked at a lower heat for a bit longer). Cook til slightly brown.
