1/2-1 full onion chopped fine; 3 Tbsp. olive oil; 1 cup raw rice; salt and pepper to taste; 1 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce; 1 can consommé

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion with olive oil. Add rice and brown nicely. Add salt, pepper, and worchestershire sauce. Place in Pam sprayed 1 qt. casserole dish. Add 1 can consommé. Cover with lid. Bake at 350º for 1 hour until liquid is absorbed. Fluff and serve.
