Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 c. good organic honey (you will taste this so buy some good stuff)
1 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 lb. finely ground nuts of your choice, pecans, walnuts or almonds (I like pecans)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 sticks butter, melted
1 lb. Pepperidge Farm frozen Philo dough, thawed (follow package directions for handling)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine honey, water, sugar, lemon juice and zest, bring to a boil. Boil slowly 20 minutes, remove from heat and let cool. Mix ground nuts, 1/2 c. sugar and cinnamon. Have melted butter standing by and Philo dough at room temperature as you begin to assemble layers.
Brush a 9 x 13" pan with melted butter and add 2 sheets of Philo, butter again. Then 2 more sheets and butter and third time, 2 more sheets and butter. Then sprinkle with nut mixture. Continue to layer Philo, buttering every 2 sheets and nuts every 6 sheets. End with Philo on top. (Don’t worry if you miss count, it won’t hurt the finished product) With a sharp knife, score the top layers in squares or diamonds. Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes and then 300º for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and pour honey syrup over top. Let sit several hours to soak up the syrup. Cut through all layers and store in an air tight container.
