2 Sticks Butter
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 2/3 cups Brown Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Vanilla
Nutmeg (opt)
2 Eggs
2 Cups Oatmeal
1 1/2cups Flour
1 cup Walnuts – chopped coarsely
½ cup Ground Flax Seeds
¾ cup Butterscotch Chips
½ tsp. Salt
¾ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugars. Then beat in eggs & vanilla. Mix in spices, salt, baking soda, & flax. Add flour – mix well. Add Oatmeal. Finally, stir in walnuts, butterscotch & chocolate chips. Pre-heat oven to 350-degrees. Drop by spoonfuls. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for 2-minute. Enjoy!
