Cake:
1 box white cake mix
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (3 oz) pkg strawberry Jell-O
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1(10 oz) pkg frozen strawberries, well drained, reserve the juice

Frosting:
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 box confectioners sugar
Remainder of drained strawberries
A few fresh strawberries, for garnish, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Preheat oven to 350º, grease and flour a 9 x 13" cake pan. Mix cake mix, flour, Jell-O, oil, eggs and 1/2 c. of the reserved strawberry juice in mixer and beat just until well mixed. Do not over beat. Stir in drained strawberries, reserving about 3 Tbsp. to be used in icing. Pour batter in pan and bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Frosting: Beat butter and cream cheese until fluffy and well mixed. Slowly add vanilla and confectioners sugar and beat until creamy. Stir in strawberries. Frost cooled cake, garnish with fresh strawberries.
