Sift Together:
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt

Add:
1 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk (or sour milk)
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Mix 2 minutes. Add 1 cup boiling water. Mix. Bake at 325º for 15 minutes then at 350º for another 15-30 minutes. (until knife comes out clean)
