1/2 C milk
1 C cottage cheese
1/4 C onion
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1/2 C shredded cheddar (divided)
salt & pepper
3 C cooked macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350° F. In blender, mix milk, cottage cheese, onion, Parmesan and salt & pepper until smooth. Pour into bowl and add macaroni and 1/4 cup of shredded cheese. Transfer to 1 qt dish, sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Cover and bake @ 350º for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 -10 minutes more.
