6 slices of bread 1 lb bulk sausage 8 eggs 2 c. milk 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste
In bottom of greased 9x13 in. pan, lay bread slices and set aside. In a skillet, brown sausage and drain. Layer sausage over bread. In blender, mix eggs and milk. Pour over mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min. or until set.
