Mixture #1
2 sticks margarine
1 c. water
4-5 Tbsp. cocoa

Mixture #2
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. vinegar

Mixture #3
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour

Icing:
1 stick margarine
4-5 Tbsp. cocoa
6 Tbsp. milk
1 box of confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mixture #1: Put first 3 ingredients (margarine, water and cocoa) in a sauce pan and bring to a full boil. - set aside. Mixture #2: Mix beaten eggs, buttermilk, salt, soda, vanilla and vinegar together - set aside. Mixture #3: Mix together in a large bowl, salt, sugar and flour. Add the rest of the ingredients to the last mixture and mix well. Pour into greased pan (13x9x2"). Bake @ 350º for 40 minutes.

While the cake is baking make the icing mixing margarine, cocoa and milk.. Add this mixture to confectioners sugar. vanilla and nuts. Beat until smooth. Frost cake as soon as it comes from the oven.
